Before starting your group registration please gather the following information:
First and last name of each camper.
Primary phone number.
Primary email address
Rank of camper -(rank the scout will be in the upcoming school year)
You must have a minimum of 8 campers to take advantage of our group savings! The sign up will not be accepted without the minimum of 8 campers. The group discount will be applied at checkout.
Adult volunteer information must be completed at time of registration. Minimum of 2 adults for the first 8 campers. The ratio after that is 1 adult for every 5 scouts. Example: when you enter scout number eleven you will then need 3 adults, than another when you get to 16 scouts and forward from there. Tiger Cub adults count in your adult total. EVERY TIGER CUB IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ADULT OR CHAPERONE WITH THEM.
One adult from every pack will be your ON SITE CONTACT. This person must be at camp everyday as the primary contact. That person will be designated during the pack registration process. The other adult volunteers may volunteer for individual days but all must be registered with the pack registration. Please make sure all volunteers have taken youth protection and are up to date. To take youth protection training, please go to myscouting.org.
It is the ON SITE VOLUNTEERS' duty to collect the health and medical forms for the first day at camp. NO HEALTH AND MEDICAL FORMS ARE TO BE SENT TO THE COUNCIL OFFICE. Each camper, adult volunteer, youth volunteer, and anyone in tot lot must have a medical form completed. NO doctor signature is required. All participants must have parts A and B complete. You will be sent pre-camp information by the Day Camp Director. Please make sure your email address stays updated. It is the ON SITE VOLUNTEERS' responsibility to make sure all campers are informed and kept up to date.
NO WALK INS ARE PERMITTED SO WE CAN ORDER PROPER SUPPLIES FOR OUR SCOUTS. Changes can be made to your pack registration by clicking edit on the registration page until 6/6/2014 until 11:55am. NO EXCEPTIONS OR WALK INS. After 6/2/2014 no discounts will apply.

Please click here for Campership Form. Camperships are available for Scouts in need that would like to attend our day/twilight camp program. Please keep an eye on the dates and complete all steps of the application process. Camperships are not guaranteed.
PLEASE REMEMBER, ANY CAMPS BEING HELD AT A HAMILTON COUNTY PARK FACILITY REQUIRE A HAMILTON COUNTY PARK STICKER. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLPARK STICKERS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM THE RANGER STAFF OR PARK OFFICE.
